A clear place to begin

How we practise

Not every concern needs a procedure. Every concern deserves attention.

We balance clinical judgement with an honest, light-touch approach. That means listening carefully, explaining clearly and knowing when primary care, urgent help or specialist dermatology is the safer path.

01

Safety before trends

Suitability screening, informed consent and appropriate aftercare sit at the heart of every appointment.

02

Pharmacist-led

Your plan is grounded in clinical training, thoughtful assessment and a clear understanding of medicines.

03

Two pathways, one standard

Skin consultations prioritise diagnosis and escalation; aesthetic plans favour proportion over perfection.

Skin health, properly placed

Common does not mean one-size-fits-all.

Eczema, acne, psoriasis and infections can overlap in appearance. Our role is to take the history seriously, assess the pattern and make the boundary between community, GP and specialist care clear.

01

Primary care where appropriate

Many common conditions can be assessed and managed without defaulting to specialist care.

02

Referral when it adds value

Severity, scarring, complications, treatment failure or an uncertain diagnosis can change the pathway.

03

Safety net every time

You should know what to watch, when to review and when not to wait for a routine appointment.

Subtle, by design

Change you can notice. Not a face you do not recognise.

Our aesthetic plans are conservative, proportion-led and built around your natural anatomy. The intention is refinement, not a standardised look.

This is an AI-generated illustrative example, not a patient result or a promise of outcome. Individual results vary and treatment is only offered after assessment.

Where to find us

All listed services are available by consultation through our Letterbox and Belsize clinics. Your chosen location is confirmed when your appointment is arranged.

A little clarity

Questions, answered honestly.

Still unsure where to begin? Book a consultation and we can work it through together.

We begin with your goals, medical history and any previous treatments. Your practitioner will assess suitability, explain appropriate options, and give you space to decide without pressure.

Some non-prescription treatments may be possible after assessment. Prescription-only options require an appropriate prescribing consultation and are never guaranteed before you have been assessed.

Our approach is deliberately conservative and proportion-led. No outcome can be guaranteed, but every plan is shaped around preserving your expression and individuality.

We offer pharmacist-led consultations for common skin concerns. The appointment may lead to self-care or primary-care treatment advice, but diagnostic uncertainty, severe disease, red flags or treatment failure may need GP, urgent or specialist referral.

Referral depends on the condition. Severe, extensive, recurrent or difficult-to-control disease, scarring, major wellbeing impact, an uncertain diagnosis or significant complications are common reasons for specialist assessment.

Yes. You will receive treatment-specific guidance and a clear route back to the clinic if you have questions or concerns after your appointment.

Appointments are offered at Letterbox Pharmacy, 4 Brick Lane, London E1 6RF, and Belsize Priory Pharmacy, Unit 2, 134–143 Belsize Road, London NW6 4BR. Your selected clinic is confirmed with your booking.
